Its not easy being green. We have picked up the "New Enterprise" bug. We have been new for a year. Into our second year we have researched what people like in Bakersfield, California. People like their coffee.
For the last two years we have experience with different techniques of brewing coffee, and found a perfect blend. Just to make sure it was a good coffee we have surveyed many people who can tell you a true coffee is one with rich taste, and full flavor. Rich taste, and full flavor are two different things. One is a light but impact consistency, while the other gives the aftertaste you look for in drinking coffee as a pleasurable experience.
